About GP Matters

Dr Carole Mc Alister is a General Practitioner and aesthetic doctor based in Glasgow.

She graduated as a doctor of medicine and surgery at the University of Edinburgh in 1988.

In 2008 she undertook the “Facial Aesthetics in General Practice” course and subsequently she studied for the “Advanced Facial Aesthetics and Dermal Fillers” certificate for Doctors.

Her combined surgical and general practitioner medical experience has enabled her to develop the necessary skills on which the aesthetic treatments are founded.

I feel younger smoother and more presentable without having that stressed mum look all the time!

Hitting my 40's I noticed lines forming around eyes and glabella area so researched who would be best as I didnt want to achieve that frozen look that so many seem to aspire to. Dr McAllister is professional and knows how to achieve best results without that look of 'rabbit in headlights'.

A small painless scratch, no lumps or bruising and noone has ever noticed. I feel younger smoother and more presentable without having that stressed mum look all the time!

I went to carol september last year and was amazed at the results and how long they lasted(almost a year) i was back along at the beginning of september this year...i have no reason to go anywhere else she made me feel relaxed and the treatment was excellent.

Treatment for smooth out the Glabella area

First time getting treatment for wrinkles and I am delighted with the results, I had it done to smooth out the Glabella area. I was made to feel at ease as I wasn't sure what to expect. I highly recommend Dr McAlister and will certainly be back.

Was slightly nervous about what to expect upon my first visit, but this soon disappeared as I was made to feel completely at ease. Hard to choose what clinic as there are so many but glad I opted for this one.

Completely painless

Very pleased with my treatment. First time having treatment for wrinkles and I was a little nervous but was quickly put at ease and the procedure was completely painless and straight forward. Very pleased with the results.

The clinic itself is very well run and all the information you need about the treatments are provided. You are made to feel welcome and able to ask any questions about the procedure. I was very pleased with the service.

Lip Fillers

I had lip fillers a couple of weeks ago, by far the best they've ever been done. The doctor really made me feel comfortable and gave me a thorough consultation ensuring she understood exactly what I wanted. I have no complaints whatsoever and I would not go anywhere else now. Very happy.
