I have been going to Novello and seeing Yulia for years now. I have regular facials and see Yulia for my muscle relaxing injections and red light therapy. I have the most incredible results from these treatments and can quite confidently say I have never been happier with my skin. The muscle relaxing injections are perfect every time, executed perfectly. I always use Novello because I have complete and confidence that I am in the safest possible hands, Yulia is there for support from beginning to end from every treatment. I arrived at my appointment flustered and late. Ruth was very kind and understanding and put me at ease straight away. I had some skin tags removed whilst we chatted comfortably and I can honestly say the session was pleasant and relaxing. The reception room and the treatment room were bright clean and stylish. I can’t imagine how the whole experience including the actual treatment could have been improved upon. Top marks from me!

Friendly, interested staff. Treatments and aftercare are explained well. Not the cheapest but you get a full professional experience which is reassuring. Really pleased with the results of dermal fillers. Complementary skin treatments were a nice extra. Had a small amount of bruising at corners of my mouth for about 1 week.

Excellent service from Dr Chambers for my skin tags removal. It was quick and painless at a very good price - would use again if needed.

So despite being somewhat nervous of having Ellanse injected into appropriate facial areas I was pleasantly surprised how well it went. For the most part, it was painless and Alison was so reassuring that even the slightly more sensitive bits were fine. The results were very impressive and I could see a big difference immediately with a slight uplift, tightened skin and higher cheekbones. These results will improve over time as collagen is produced too. This treatment is amazing as is the product. Alison is brilliant at knowing where to place the Ellanse to get the best results. I highly recommend her and will only go to her in future as she is so friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.
