From the consultation to the procedure, I cannot praise this clinic enough. Af, Dr Shuja and the technicians were phenomenal and I am so glad I picked this instead of going abroad. They do not charge per graft and were not too much more expensive than Turkey but not as expensive as the fancy Harley Street ones. Their price involves a package which included surgery and a year's supply of a Hormone Blocker. I did some consultations with Istanbul and realised how many more grafts they wanted to give me compared to BHC who look long term. The whole team were excellent - from consultation, communication and the surgery - they make you feel special and go out of their way. Both Af and Dr Shuja are so kind and almost become your friends throughout this process. They are so easy going yet professional and skilled. I literally had ZERO concerns throughout the day because I felt like I was in good hands and felt safe and always checked up on. I was very anxious and embarassed to seek help for my hair loss but I am so glad I did the free consultation and went through with the process. Not once did I feel pressured to go through with anything - I can truly tell this clinic isn't focused on being sales people but advise the best option for patients. The clinic is unassuming, almost hidden, from the outside but is clean and hygenic inside. Thank you to Af for looking after me and having excellent communication as first point of contact. He took the time to phone me and made the effort to help me when I have never visited his clinic, recommend treatment with someone else and gave me advice that actually makes complete sense with absolutely no financial gain for himself. I have been treated by Dr Tash for Treatment for Wrinkles, lip augmentation and hyperpigmentation. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Tash for a very personable, caring, approachable and professional service. I used to go to the consultant clinic in London following a recommendation. I would not go back to the consultant clinic now that I have found Dr Tash. Dr Tash explains everything thoroughly and is contactable for any questions you may have before, after or during treatment. The aftercare with Dr Tash is much better than these big clinics like the consultant clinic which is just a big money-making company. The consultant clinic advised it was not possible to correct my lip asymmetry which Dr Tash rectified very well and with no trouble.

Hannah was again fabulous as always, her attention to detail is second to none, she has a fantastic bedside manner and is so caring and kind, and she always shows a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a client. Harriet and Kayleigh have always been equally as kind and helpful in their email responses, it’s the little kind things that people do along the way that matter most. The staff at Anestetics of Essex have all been very well picked to match this. I have visited all 3 clinics now and I have had a very positive experience at all 3.
