Nicola began her career in 2005 after completing her VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing training at City of Bristol College. Starting in a salon in Bristol, she quickly advanced her skills, attributing much of her growth to a supportive employer who encouraged her to expand her knowledge and set high standards. This foundation helped Nicola become the accomplished therapist she is today. In 2014, Nicola pursued her passion for teaching by obtaining a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, going on to teach beauty therapy at Weston College. Today, her business, The Treatment Room, is thriving, driven by her commitment to providing outstanding service to her clients. Nicola is passionate about using natural, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free products in all treatments.

Lauren is the salon manager at The Treatment Room, overseeing the day-to-day operations and helping the team grow by advancing their training and skills. With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lauren has trained with many leaders in skincare and beauty. She specializes in skin treatments, offering advanced facials such as Dermalogica Pro Power Peels, Bio-Therapeutic technologies, and SkinPen microneedling.
