Tina originally qualified as a hairdresser in 1984. Due to the demand for certain beauty treatments at the time Tina went on to get a qualification for both waxing and CND nails. This enabled her to provide these treatments alongside hairdressing. After having a taste of beauty therapy Tina decided this was something she felt passionate about and wanted to pursue further and in 2001 Tina studied for a NVQ 2 & 3 in beauty therapy. Tina won a student award that allowed her to do many courses at the International Dermal Institute. Tina has furthered her qualifications in techniques such as CND nails, LASH-IS extensions, CACI, Sports massage and many more. Tina is always striving to enhance the team’s knowledge in the ever changing beauty industry. Also gaining teaching qualifications and briefly covered Beauty Lecture at Bath College.

Stephanie received a beauty therapy NVQ2&3 in 2003 and then went on to work for Decleor where she received additional training and further enhanced her skills. Since working for Comfort Zone Stephanie has also trained in techniques and products such as Dermalogica, CACI and CND nails. Since having a family Stephanie works part time on Mondays and Saturdays.
