Sam qualified as a Doctor of Medicine from Aberdeen University in 1991. As well as being the Medical Director of Temple Medical, Sam is a GP appraiser and also has a voluntary post as the Medical Adviser for the RNLI in Aberdeen.

Mrs Karen Urquhart

Job Title:
Karen qualified in 1995 and, after spending 6 years within the hospital environment, moved on to general practice in 2001 where she became a highly experienced practice nurse specialising in chronic disease and gained her qualification as an Independent Prescriber in 2010.

Ms Priya Date

Priya completed her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from University of Aberdeen in 2011. She firmly believes that nutrition plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and that nutrition has a role in preventing various disorders that afflict present mankind.
