Monarch Laser and Wellness Centre

She is a fully licensed medical doctor and the founder of Monarch Laser and Wellness Centre. Born and raised in the north end of Hamilton, Ontario, Marianna (nee Giornofelice) graduated from Cathedral Girls’ High School. While in high school her interests were broad in scope whereby she planned to pursue a Fine Art Degree. However, an astute guidance counselor saw that she was strong in math and science and encouraged Marianna to pursue a career in medicine. She graduated in 1988 with a double major in Physiology and Human Biology (High Distinction and Gold Medal in Physiology) from the University of Toronto. In 2015, she received her Certification in the College of Family Practice of Canada CCFP by completing the appropriate courses. She has a keen desire and passion to help keep her clients feeling and living at their optimum, Since opening Monarch Laser & Wellness Centre in 2006, she has helped many women and men recapture their zest for life.
