Absolute cosmetics. Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve always been the type of person to give credit where credit is due. Credit is simply not enough for Absolute Cosmetics! This surgery is something that I had been considering for a number of years, but I was hesitant as the word “surgery” scares me due to past experiences. I had a look around at a few different plastic surgeons both inside and outside of Western Australia, and made some consultations and/or talking through emails, but hadn’t found anyone that I felt comfortable to go with. I therefore put it off for a very long time, before a few people had mentioned Dr Glenn Murray at Absolute Cosmetics. I took a very fortunate chance and within moments of meeting Dr Murray, I knew that I was in safe hands, and that he would be the surgeon I would go with. This was within just minutes! He had an honest and professional approach, talking through my desired results and any risks involved. He was not judgemental, and explained everything in terms that I actually understood (previous surgeons I had no idea what they were talking about). He answered all of my questions and ensured that I was very well informed. He has also shown on many occasions that he knows me as an individual patient, having banter and a joke, whereas other surgeons I felt as though I was just a number. The girls behind the scenes (especially Tassia, India and Vee) have truly gone above and beyond from the moment I booked my initial consultation up until now, Day 5 in recovery. This includes the high level of professionalism and service that I received in all of my consultations, the frequent check-ins prior to surgery (I was very nervous, so this was done to keep me relaxed and reassured), the thorough observations and checks during my admission on surgery day, the incredibly attentive and calming care given to me in my immediate recovery after surgery, the detailed checks and helpful advice and information provided in all of my follow-up appointments, and messaging/phoning me each day following my operation to ensure I was comfortable and had no concerns. I really don’t think I would have got this level of service at any other practice. As for the results, I am incredibly satisfied. I am finally happy and comfortable in my skin after years of being self conscious. Everything done is neat and natural looking, with yet a very noticeable difference. When I show people before photos, they simply cannot believe what has been achieved. My only regret is not going to see Dr Murray all of those years ago and getting it done earlier. Anybody who is considering seeing Dr Murray, please do! I promise that you will not be disappointed with the service you get and the results achieved. I now know why ACM has an incredible reputation that it does. Thanks girls and Dr Murray! I will definitely be back for all of my future needs!
