When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. From my first visit I loved the kindness and professionalism of Dr Vasilis who creates a calming effect on patients like us who afraid of the dentist. I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
