I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! I’m overwhelmed by the amazing service I received, from the first point of contact. I was nervous about going to my first consultation, but I was instantly at ease when I met Mr Masood, I really can’t praise him enough. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, he was honest about what could be achieved and explained any possible risks. I walked out of my consultation so relieved happy and confident that I had found the best clinic. I then had my surgery 9 days later. Everything was so professional, caring and gentle, I felt so looked after. I felt so relaxed during the procedure I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel a thing, Mr Masood constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok and comfortable. He remained professional yet kind and caring throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The aftercare I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender, so I contacted Mr Masood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. Since then my recovery has been great! So, thank you again for your exceptional service!

The only regret I have, is not getting this done sooner! From start to finish the whole process was exceptional. Professor Mahajan explained everything in detail at the consultation and his secretary Nichola has been brilliant and answered my never ending questions since then! Everything was thoroughly explained and really put my mind at ease as I was extremely nervous and also preparing to spend a lot of money, so I really wanted to make sure I was in the best possible hands, this has certainly been the case. The care I received from the team at the yorkshire clinic was absolutely brilliant, they were super attentive and went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable, reassured me with any worries and I honestly could not have wished for better care. The room was great, lovely and clean, plenty of space and the food was amazing! I was a little worried I was going to have to book back in for more Lipo after the amount of delicious home cooked meals I ate! Certainly helped with the recovery though! Professor Mahajan even came in on his day off as I was worried about something (turned out to be nothing!) but again the care was above and beyond and they also kept me in for a few extra days to make sure I was absolutely ready to go home. I had my 2 weeks post op check today and already the results are nothing short of amazing! My stomach has never looked this good, even at the early stage he has worked wonders I am so excited to be able to finally wear nice clothes and not be worried about my kangaroo pouch showing! I am so happy with my decision to go with professor Mahajan and the yorkshire clinic and could honestly not recommend them more! The whole experience completely surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting this procedure.

On December 13, 2023, I contacted the KEIT clinic via an Instagram sponsorship to request information. Mersedes, a coordinator of the clinic, contacted me immediately, who informed me of all aspects of rhinoseptoplasty, answered my questions and resolved any doubts. Prepared, competent and reassuring, she did her job very well and did much more. His availability was total every day at every hour until my arrival in Tirana on 29 January 2024. Once the date of the surgery had been set (which I asked to do as soon as possible) and the deposit had been paid (via the link to the shop their website), I started to interface with Besiana, the coordinator who provided me with the technical details to arrive prepared on the day of the surgery. She is also very helpful and professional! The kindness of the coordinators was one of the things I appreciated most about this experience. Thanks girls! For those who are not used to travelling, the Keit clinic offers complete packages, so that you really don't have to think about anything. I personally chose to organize the trip independently and I had an equally good time. On the day of my arrival in Tirana I immediately reached the clinic for pre-operative tests. The next morning I met the surgeon who would perform my rhinoseptoplasty, Doctor Claudio del Pero, who examined me and informed me about the surgery procedure. On the day of the operation, before hospitalization, the balance is also paid. In the afternoon I returned for hospitalization and surgery. In my case the clinic also carried out tests that are not routine to make sure that everything was fine and they could carry out the surgery safely. After the operation, which took place in the early evening hours, I spent the night in one of the comfortable rooms of the clinic, with the assistance of the very kind and sweet nurses. The next morning I was discharged with all the information and medications for the post-operative course and I was assigned a personal nurse, Mirela, with whom I could interface both via WhatsApp and personally in the clinic. Mirela was always kind and helpful, she followed me step by step even in the most banal things (which seems absurd, but since it was the first rhinoseptoplasty, someone has to tell her) with a unique sweetness! Thank you sweetie! 3 days after the operation I returned to the clinic to remove tampons and internal stitches, a slightly annoying procedure. After 6 days I went back to remove the plaster and the butterfly plaster, to apply a smaller and more discreet one to wear for a month after the operation (they provide a kit for weekly replacement at home independently). I never felt abandoned, on the contrary, I was looked after from start to finish always impeccably. It couldn't have gone better! I also thank all the people on the Keit team who I didn't mention because I don't remember their names. However, I fondly remember all your faces and smiles. I will never forget your kindness! Thank you for being part of making a dream come true.

As a foreigner, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Savoia. He is a knowledgeable and professional doctor, which is rare to find in Italy. I researched many doctors online and decided on Dr. Savoia.  After communicating with him via email in English, he replied to me quickly and answered all my questions in great detail. Every time I've gone to Milan to consult with him, he is extremely patient. He explains things in great detail and we communicate very well without any problems. Also, his prices are very reasonable compared to others. His operation materials are of top global quality. His surgical skills are incomparable. Additionally, his hospital arrangements are all professional, with full crews who can speak English. This makes a foreigner feel very comfortable undergoing an operation in a foreign country without hassle, especially regarding any potential language problems. My operation went smoothly. Dr. Savoia provided clear instructions for all the medicines. The wound healed within 1 month, though the first week was extremely uncomfortable. After the operation, Dr. Savoia continued follow-up care and responded quickly to my messages until everything was calm again. I highly recommend Dr. Savoia.

Very Kind and Excellent Surgeon - Rhinoplasty. I came across Instituto Medico Privado when looking for Surgeons outside the US. It wasn't so much about the money but the proper care and quality of the doctors I was looking for. I am very happy with my decision to go with them. Their prices were reasonable.
