Melike has been there with any questions as well as my surgeon. I've been very well cared for. Yes, it is a worry and major surgery but Catchlife does all it can for you to ease and flow through your procedure. I was recommended the Toncic clinic by a friend who had her eyelids and a facelift done there. Her eyelids looked great, very natural. I had wanted mine done for years but was never sure who to trust. I live in London and I wanted the reassurance of being looked after abroad. My friend went alone and had accommodation with a nurse and meals arranged. I went with my daughter as I was having mobility issues. Well, I could not have asked for more. I booked the flights and The Toncic clinic arranged everything else. A very welcoming driver named Boris picked us up at the airport and took us to all of the appointments that week. He was only too happy to help, a lovely man. The clinic was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff, particularly Tajana spoke brilliant English, were very friendly and immediately put you at ease. Dr. Toncic was very knowledgeable and professional. I had no worries. The surgery was straight forward and I was given clear aftercare instructions. I am now 15 months on. My eyes look amazing. I look like I did years ago. Excellent value for money. First-class service from the pick-up. A great experience with fantastic results! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

As you can imagine, travelling to a foreign country for a full mummy makeover was a little bit scary at first. However, from start to finish, my experience has been absolutely amazing. I first met Dr. Samet Sendur at his London clinic, and he immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. He is a highly skilled surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. I stayed for eight nights, and both the hotel and nursing staff were incredible. The nurses came in four times a day and were available 24 hours if I needed anything. The hospital where I had my procedure was modern, very clean, and reassuringly professional. Since returning home, I’ve stayed in constant contact with the nurse team to discuss my progress, which has given me great peace of mind. I also have a follow-up appointment with Dr. Sam in December at his London clinic. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care, support, and results so far. My experience has been outstanding from beginning to end.

The procedure went very smoothly and we are writing this 2 weeks post-operation without any complications and can’t wait for the swelling to go down to be able to see the final results, our nose already looks very good. The price was super convenient since it included the surgery, 5-star hotel and transfer, we literally didn’t have to worry about anything! I had a great experience with my breast augmentation surgery. Dr Afet and her team answered all my questions in the lead up to the surgery. Everything was organised well (such as car transfers & translator at the hospital) and communication was clear & I always received quick responses. I flew from London for the surgery and her team made me feel at ease with the whole process. Her friendly team checked in with me numerous times post surgery & Dr Afet made me feel calm & assured as I was quite nervous beforehand. I would recommend Dr Afet & her team for surgery especially to any one feeling nervous about being in a different country. The private room at the hospital was new & nice & Dr Afet’s clinic was also a nice clinic space. I am 3 weeks post-surgery and already super happy with my results!

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

Amazing 24/7 communication and support as needed was provided with a professional interpreter (Kaan) upon every consultation. Kaan was also on call for Support if needed. My whole experience was trouble and worry-free as it was all planned out by the team, who both Ebru and Kaan kept me well informed. Hi my name is Saj. I have had a 5000+ graft hair transplant within the last few days at GuGu clinic. I had major hair loss on the top of my head. I was really nervous to start with but as the doctor & staff started talking to me I felt at ease. They fully explained the process & assured me I would be looked after. The room was very hygienic & equipment was in sterile environment. The staff are super friendly too. After drawing many different hair lines we agreed on the hair line of my choice & then the transplant procedure took place with SC therapy. At the end of the procedure, I was amazed at the hairline & how much area they had covered on the top of my head & top part of the crown too. They advised me on the best positions to sleep to reduce swelling & advised me on the medication I would be taking over the week. After a few days I returned to the clinic for the 1st wash & the doctor performed it & told me exactly how to wash the hair over the next week. They gave really good advice on what after care products i should use too. I was treated really well & find it of really high value. I chose this clinic as it was recommended by a stranger who i had met in London who recently had a hair transplant at GuGu clinic. As soon as I contacted the clinic, they answered all my questions i had about hair transplants. The manager Mr Yagiz Aydin who was my point of contact is a really nice person & helpful person who facilitated my visit from airport to hotel transfers & hotel to clinic transfers, was always available 24/7 to answer any queries I had regarding the transplant, medication & general queries I had. Yagiz took care of everything, he even dropped me to the bazaar which is a half hours drive, he is a top manager and I felt relieved that he was looking after everything. My first impression of GuGu clinic was that I had felt really welcomed by the friendly & helpful staff. They showed me the room in which the transplant would take place & it was a really hygienic & sterile environment. Overall, I had a really great experience with GuGu clinic & am about to leave feeling comfortable & confident & cannot wait to see the results. I highly recommend GuGu clinic. I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.
