I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre a week ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. The taxi drivers were very thoughtful and the hotel was superb. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup.

I had a rhinoplasty at Cosmedica, and I’m very happy with my results! The whole process was smooth, and the team was super professional. The recovery was easier than I expected. The clinic was clean and modern, and I felt well taken care of throughout. Definitely recommend!

I cannot emphasise enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Before I went in for the surgery, I was still very nervous and anxious because I have really bad anxiety but Dr. Afet answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I honestly can tell she cares a lot about her patients and I love how respectful and understanding she is. Dr Afet and her immediate staff are friendly and attentive. After all my research, I decided to choose GuGu Clinic for a hair transplant. I'm more than happy and satisfied to have chosen GuGu Clinic. They provided transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic with a very friendly person, Mr. Yagiz Aydin. He was available 24/7 throughout my journey. The procedure was very smooth. The doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. The environment was very hygienic. It was a long surgery—almost 9 hours—but not painful at all.
