After some research I chose Dr. Karantonis for my rhinoplasty procedure. The doctor’s prompt response to my inquiries, consideration of my schedule, as well as a comprehensive understanding of what I hoped to achieve, made me feel at ease and confident that I would be pleased with the final result. The procedure was discussed in detail and very personal to my situation, as Dr. Karantonis was concerned with how the end results would suit my face, as well as myself as an individual. All the personnel at the clinic exhibited a high level of care, and did their utmost to ensure the procedure and aftercare was as stress free as possible I would highly recommend Dr. Karantonis as I feel the whole process was very personal to my situation. With the deformation corrected on my nose, the end result is very natural looking and I am very happy I took the decision and chose this surgeon for my rhinoplasty.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

Top class health care team, and an amazing surgeon who ran me through the entire procedure. Cannot praise Allmedica enough. I have read some negative reviews - sorry don't agree with any of them. You want to see a crap health care service. Go to the UK!

I was cosmetically circumcised at this clinic 18 years ago. So very pleased with the results and so is my wife. 10/10.

After years of discomfort, phimosis affected my confidence, I went to Dr Sam and he is very relaxed and honest about procedure. Surgery was painless and quick. He and Zelda are lovely people and would highly recommend them for any procedures or advice. I even got some very good Netflix recommendations whilst there.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I’ve taken both of my sons to this clinic and both times I have had great experience. I was recommended this clinic by family friends. Both doctors are amazing! After treatment if I had any worries all I had to do was message or call. They would immediately make an appointment to see my baby. I can’t thank them enough!

Excellent clinic. Doctor was very professional and courteous. Explained the procedure and what to expect. Good after care products and contact. Would definitely use it again without hesitation.

Having been stuck for months with a catheter as a result or BPH and moved from one NHS waiting list to another, I, out of curiosity, put a query into a website about getting the required procedure done abroad. I promptly received a reply from Nick Mertziotis to say that the operation the NHS and a private provider had said I needed was not recommended and he suggested a couple of others that were more appropriate and that he could do them for less than half the price private providers in the UK were looking for. He said I would be on the plane home two days after the operation. I looked him up and quickly realised he was a well-qualified, experienced and respected expert in his field. I asked a few further questions, all the time hoping an NHS appointment letter would arrive. He responded personally, promptly and helpfully to each of them. I checked out the various procedures available for my condition and became convinced that what he was suggesting was clinically optimal. He reassured me that he would do the surgery himself. Eventually, I decided to go for it. Surgery was booked for the following week and my wife and I booked flights and accommodation in Athens. We had a couple of days as tourists, then a thorough and efficient pre-op and the operation first thing the following morning. There was a full surgical team attached to me. After a few hours, I found myself back in the ward. By this stage, Mr Mertziotis had already called my wife and had arranged to meet with her to say the operation had gone well. For the following 24 hours I received very good nursing care in a small ward. Mr Mertziotis and his assistant doctor came in to see me the day of the operation and the following day and explained the procedure they had carried out, which, in the event, was a combination of two separate procedures, due to the nature of the obstruction. I was discharged after 24 hours and told to return the following day (a public holiday) to have the catheter removed. This happened, I was able to pee freely and after a final consultation with Mr Mertziotis, I was able to get on the plane home the following morning. Since getting the catheter removed, I have had no pain, including on the four-hour flight. I am home and feeling fine and am having to stop myself returning to normal activities too soon. Overall, while there were always ‘what if?’ worries about the enormity of the decision I had made, I felt throughout that I trusted Mr Mertziotis and his team and that trust has been entirely justified. I encountered the kind of medical intervention and care that I would like to think should be the norm but unfortunately wasn’t my experience in the NHS. While it is a big decision, for me it has been the right one and the experience was a very positive one. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Mertziotis and his team.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
