I travelled to Antalya from the UK for a breast reduction and uplift. Dr Mak was recommended to me by a friend who had undergone the same procedure. I am quite an anxious person by nature, and the week leading up to the flight and operation, I was full of doubt and really nervous. However, from the moment we touched down in Antalya and were greeted by our lovely driver Mutlu, the whole procedure was seamless. We arrived at midnight and went straight to the hospital, where I underwent preliminary tests: blood pressure, blood work, ECG and lung X Ray. The next morning, the lovely Dr Mac and his beautiful (both inside and out) wife arrived. Dr Mac listened to my requests, advised me fully on the whole procedure, then meticulously worked out the optimal size of breasts for my frame. I was operated on an hour later, and the operation took about 2.5 hours. On coming round, I was hooked up to intravenous antibiotics and pain relief, and can honestly say that apart from some discomfort, I felt very well. I was diischarged the following afternoon,with pain meds and antibiotics, and we were taken to our hotel, where I was able to rest and relax in calm and beautiful surroundings. From the Saturday to the following Friday when we left, I had 3 check ups with Dr Mac at his clinic, where he changed my dressings and cleaned the breast area. His attention and professionalism was absolutely superb, and Aislee, his wife , was available via WhatsApp 24/7. From an anxious person, I can absolutely say that this whole process has been life-changing for me. I went from a 34 EE to a small, round C cup and I'm delighted. I feel like a new woman. But not only have I changed physically, I have become a stronger, more positive person as a result of the magnificent care I received. I cannot recommend Dr Mac highly enough. He is a skilled and professional surgeon, who is meticulous in his care of his patients. And he is also a lovely, warm, approachable and genuinely caring man. Thankyou Dr Mac and Aislee. Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

Dr. Karantonis is a skilled, patient, and attentive surgeon. He communicated clearly and made me aware of all possibilities. This allowed me to make an informed decision and achieve a very satisfying result. Highly recommended!

Varicose vein treatment both legs. I would like to thank Anna who guided me through the logistics of treatment in Poland. I had reservations but on arriving at clinic Anna quickly put me at ease. Clinic was modern and well equipped preparation was very thorough. Following consultation with Dr Pawel Wlodarczak, assisted by surgical nurse Beata who was always there caring and reassuring Anna always in the background, the surgery went well. Although not without pain not for long after surgery I was up walking Immediately. I have been in recovery now for 7 days and already planning trip away and for once will be packing shorts, the unsightly and swollen veins are gone. Thank you all so much.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I honestly cannot praise this clinic enough. The dr who done my surgery dr Vadodaria all the staff nurses were incredible with the service. When I was getting nervous they did everything they could to calm me down. Dr Vad calmed me and assured me what I needed and the results I’m getting now is amazing. I’m so happy I went forward with this clinic and will be in the future. Thank you so much!!

I decided at the age of 50 to have breast implants and was recommended Mr Awf Quaba who specialised in this field. My operation took place at the Murrayfield Spire and I was well looked after before and after my operation. Unfortunately, 4 years on I was getting breast implant illness symptoms, I was in a lot of discomfort in the breast area, had hair thinning, anxiety, ocular migraine headaches and development an autoimmune disease which had to be treated by Prednisolone. After reading about BII I decided in 2021 to see Mr Quaba once again to get his advice. I must say he was very understanding and told me the pros and cons of getting a full capsulectomy which removes the implants and capsules surrounding them. In October 2021 I was booked into the Shawfair Spire Hospital and Mr Quaba performed by full capsulectomy which was very successful. 6 months down the line I am feeling so much better with no breast pain, hair has got thicker and no ocular migraine headaches. I am also down to 2mg of steriods and my neck and shoulder pain has almost gone with my scars hardly visible. I can honestly say Mr Quaba has looked after me so well and I would highly recommend anyone who is considering explant surgery to seek advice from such a professional. These are not cheap procedures but all in all it was well worth the money to get my health back!

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.
