After a little research for my elective surgery, I chose Vanity for their clear instructions of how their service packages work and how respectful they were in what type of surgery I wanted. Every employee from Vanity that I have met, all have a great friendly personality even with the language barriers. I was surprised that a few employees went above and beyond their duties to help me during my hospital stay after surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Safa Manav. I'm happy with the results I got from them. They gave thorough explanations of what I can and cannot achieve with the expectations I had for this surgery. And my Patient Care Coordinator B, was very helpful and the best throughout the process. It was a pleasure to meet them. There were no solicitations. Only Finance Coordinators who respond to those who decide to continue with their services. Expect that prices may change based on your consultation and surgeon, everyone is built differently and your chosen surgeon has their own unique style of how they conduct their business. Remember that YOU are choosing to go to a foreign country to have your elective surgery. You cannot expect every person you meet will speak fluent English or your chosen language. Other than that, I'm loving my decision I made by choosing Vanity. I'm grateful for everything.

A surgery operation and a Christmas holiday: I left Italy with my husband on Christmas day and got to Istanbul at 11. p.m. The purpose of the journey was a rhinoplastic. We slept in a luxury hotel and the next day had a consultation with Doctor Görkem Atsal, a friendly doctor always smiling and reassuring everybody. I had chosen him among many specialists and meeting him was a real emotion! He reassured me, answered my questions, and cancelled any doubt. I underwent all the clinical exams and the day after I was operated on. Not ONLY rhino but also upper and lower eyelid surgery. During the same night, I was assisted by a professional nurse. In a day I was dismissed! No pain, constant care, they took my hand and never left It! Doctor Görkem ATSAL Is a real talent in surgery, Genius and a gentleman! People here treat him with the utmost respect and ask for his opinion! I trust him for his professional and HUMAN SKILLS! His entire team is composed of young students he is educating like a father! Dear Gülce, Fürkan, Enes, Nilsu, and Zaza, you were all precious to me! And the story has a Happy end: they all lived happily ever after!

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I came to Cevre Hospital after being referred to by a friend of mine who had his hair transplant here a year ago. His new hair looks so amazing and natural. I received excellent, first class service before and after operation. Doctor, staff and patient coordinator Bahtiyar was very helpful. Hospital is very clean and professional. I am very satisfied from my experience and recommend anyone to check them out if you need one of their service.

I flew all the way from Cornwall, United Kingdom to have my Surgery with Dr Ulaş Bali and I am so glad I did. I booked in to have an extended tummy tuck with liposuction and BBL. Everything has been more than I had ever expected and I would do it all over again. My medical journey with milano was completely incredible! and I don't regret it indeed a sec. I completely adore my new nose, it is everything I've ever needed. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.
