Performing the full spectrum of urinary and genital tract reconstructive surgeries for men, women, and children using microsurgical techniques. Leads a team of 6 specialist surgeons. JCI-accredited (international quality standard).

1. Hypospadias/Epispadias – genital reconstruction with anatomical/functional restoration

2. Bladder Exstrophy – complex reconstructions including:

• Bladder neck reconstruction

• Bladder augmentation with intestinal segments

• Continent stoma creation (Mitrofanoff/Monti techniques)

• Anterior pelvic osteotomy – for pubic bone approximation and proper organ positioning

• Phalloplasty for exstrophy cases

• Female genital reconstruction

• Umbilicoplasty

3. Urethral & BPH Surgery:

• Urethral strictures – buccal mucosa urethroplasty (high success rate even in severe cases)

• Laser prostate surgery for BPH

4. Andrology & Penile Surgery:

-Non-surgical ED treatments:

• Low-intensity shockwave therapy (LI-ESWT)

• Growth factor therapy (P.R.P)

-Peyronie's disease – curvature correction, implants:

• Original minimally invasive technique developed by Dr. Stanojević

• Congenital penile curvature – reconstructive surgery

-ED implants:

• Inflatable prostheses (AMS700, Coloplast Titan)

• Semi-rigid prostheses

• Total phalloplasty (autologous tissue)

• Perović vaginoplasty – unique penile skin/urethral flap technique
