2 years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and I followed the guidelines set out by my Nephrologists at DaVita. The dietitian and doctor who have treated me have given the instructions on how to keep kidneys healthy. The doctors treats the patients with utmost care and the dietitians listed an appropriate diet chart which suits my condition.
