Diane is a fully qualified EMDR Practitioner accredited with EMDR UK. A qualified RMN, with over 20 years experience in mental health, Diane has worked in the counselling and therapy field for the majority of this time in various settings including the NHS, the voluntary sector, and most recently, private healthcare.

With over 20 years experience in mental health, Dr Natalie Miles is highly skilled in managing problems such as anxiety, depression and phobias. Over the last 5 yrs she has developed specialist skills in eating disorders, trauma, obsessional compulsive disorder and occupational health related conditions, all of which has gained her a first class reputation within her field. Dr Miles is also a qualified counsellor accredited with BACP and qualified clinical supervisor.

Ms Helen Johnson, is a qualified Occupational Therapist (HPC), Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (Accredited BABCP) & EMDR Therapist. Helen has over 30 years experience in the mental health/therapy field having worked in the NHS, Police and private companies over the years. Her experience of working with Medico-legal clients provides her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in PTSD. She has worked with large Corporate Companies and is a specially trained in Stress Management.

Garry is both counsellor and Cognitive Behaivour Therapist.

Jackie is our receptionist and administrator and works from Wednesday through to Friday.

Pat is trained in several therapies and works at The Therapy Company as Homeopath. 

Joanne graduated from Edge Hill University in 2012 with a first class honours degree in Sports Therapy; also achieving a Scholarship Award for Academic Excellence during her time at Edge Hill. She developed her clinical expertise working with top level athletes from various backgrounds including international rugby, athletics, weightlifting, handball and dancing. Her private clients also include sports people from within professional boxing, mixed martial arts and GB wheelchair rugby. Joanne provided support at the English Institute of Sport for Olympic and Paralympic athletes. More recently, she took on the role of Sports Therapist at Fylde Rugby Club. 

Julia is hypnotherapist and a qualified diagnostic radiographer, specialising in MRI. She has worked in neuro-centres at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, and Salford Royal Hospital, and across the North West and it was in this role where her interest in the brain began. She has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography and has now completed her Diploma in Hypnotherapy.

Ann is a Reiki Master Practitioner and a  member of the Reiki Federation. Having been interested in holistic therapy, Ann had Reiki treatments herself, which she found so beneficial, she knew she had to learn this wonderful healing technique for herself and to share with others who were in need. She qualified to Master Level 3 in June 2014.  

Janski attended the Centre of The China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing, China. The rest of Janski’s training was at the Oriental Medicine Clinic in St Annes. She is also trained in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Healing and Reiki. Janski gained a Higher National Diploma in Holistic & Complementary Therapies in 2004 and is a member of the British Register of Complementary Practice
