I have developed unique and ground breaking stop-smoking and weight loss programs based on the latests scientific research and knowledge about how the mind works. I can offer consultations in Barnstaple and Holsworthy to suit my clients needs. All of my treatment plans include self-hypnosis or meditation audio tracks at no additional cost. I have and Advanced Diploma in hypnotherapy from the ICHP and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner's Diploma from the NCH.
