The Didim Hypnotherapy Clinic

Kate Ashley-Norman is a qualified hypnotherapist, Thrive Consultant and psychotherapist, and runs The Didim Hypnotherapy Clinic and Thrive in Turkey. Kate uses evidence based hypnotherapy and psychotherapy techniques to help people with a range of issues including: stopping smoking, weight loss issues, confidence and social anxiety, depression, compulsive habits, stress and anxiety, ME and other chronic fatigue syndromes, emetophobia, sexual disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, infertility issues, alcohol abuse, gambling addiction, fears and phobias.

Kate operates out of a beachside clinic in the Turkish resort of Didim on the Aegean Turkish coast. Her clinic has dedicated seaview accommodation which is available for those to use if necessary during the course of their treatment.

Most programmes are carried out in English, though some specific options are available in Turkish (smoking cessation, weight loss and anxiety).
