A very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Using socratic dialogue, stress management and CPT imputs, treatment enables you to discover the source of your anger, what triggers your anger and how to manage situations more effectively. Treatment enables you to explore your thinking and feeling processes, evaluate them, and discover if they facilitate behaviour that satisfies your greatest needs. To often in life we learn faulty thinking patterns that impede our development When change is required, new, more effective thinking and feeling patterns that produce more rewarding behaviour can be developed and applied in you life.

Treatment is non-judgemental and enables you to explore your life, in a safe place, where confidentiallity is guaranteed. Old behaviours that are negatively impacting on your life are explored to understand their origins. New goals are identified and aggreed. Plans are put in place for goal achievement and evaluation.

Couples Therapy

Treatment provides an opportunity for each partner to talk about their experience in the relationship, explain what is going wrong and explore their needs from the relationship. Where needs are not being met, strategies for needs atainment are developed and agreed by both partners. Using Solution Focused Brief Therapy, partners learn and develop new ways of communicating in their relationship. Treatment is non judgemental and takes place in a safe environment where the couples confidentiallity is guaranteed.
