Connaught Counselling Centre

I saw Patricia at the Connaught Counselling for 6 times in total when I was in a very sad and bad state. She was excellent and gave me some very sound advise but above all she listened, she listened without judging and helped me through the blackest period in my life. I left her feeling 100% better and with the knowledge that there is a therapist out there who is very professional and caring.

I believe 'talk therapy' is worthwhile and it helped ease my concerns and fears no end, especially when I came across someone as caring and professional as Patricia Blighe. I would highly recommend Patricia at the Connaught Counselling Center.
