Biography:

Michael studied Philosophy, Mediation and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy before embarking on Psychotherapy.

 

He took an Introduction to Psychotherapy and Counselling course at GMIT, Galway followed by a Foundation in Psychotherapy course with Galway Counselling Services (Norman Warden leading) at Furbo, Connemara, Co. Galway.

 

He then took a three year Diploma course in Biodynamic, Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy with the Tracht Foundation (Patrick Sell leading) based in Kinvara and Galway City. This included much experiential work, projects, group therapy and individual client work.

 

He is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). He is also a Professional Mediator and Financial Consultant.
