Equipped with counselling and psychotherapeutic theories, he works with each individual differently and with versatility; guided by principles of humanistic Person-centred therapies and Motivational interviewing.  Appreciating that there is no one-size-fit when it comes to therapy, sessions are tailored to the client utilizing modalities and techniques of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Rational-Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Redecision Therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy and Psychodynamic psychotherapy.  With these he aims to help his clients to achieve clarity and refine understanding of themselves; with emphasis on their strengths and psychoeducation of the means to effecting the desired change.

Conrad is passionate about the human ability to overcome myriad forms of adversity and the means to unlocking this potential.  Having the privilege of working with each client, empathizing with their hardships, and working through their issues, had allowed him a deep appreciation towards the importance of psychological adaption, mental grit and resilience that remains untapped within.  Knowing as such, he approaches each individual beyond personal and societal prejudices and bias; offering unconditional positive regard and meeting them where they are at psychologically, and gradually working towards therapeutic success.

Working his way through life from humble beginnings, he believes that each individual can similarly overcome difficulties that they encounter to achieve a more meaningful, adaptable, and functional state of living; a life that we can accept and own.
