Physio Gokhan Kırdar

I had a vacation in Istanbul traveling with small kids. On the third day after arrival I felt severe back pain, which interfered with my sleep and limited my ability to move around luggage and kids. Dr Gokhan helped me to recover quickly. He examined my condition, applied some needles technique & chiropractic treatment and designed two specific exercises to perform on my own every couple of hours.

Thanks to Dr Gokhan I had been mostly recovered by the next day. I highly recommend the doctor.

I don't usually write reviews but in this instance its something I must do.

I ripped my Quadriceps tendon while walking and had to have surgery. I left hospital and they had organised a physio for me but I got one myself which was Gokhan so started my rehabilitation with him. This decision is the best one I ever made.

I had three sessions with him every week for 12 weeks and after 8 weeks I was walking with a walker and after 12 weeks I could walk slowly without. I was so happy as for me as this was terrible injury and the progress I made as I thought exceptional with his help.

In my experience I would recommend him to anyone for a few reasons. He is so patient and good at his job and this reflected in how I made my recovery. Also his language skills in English we so good.

One of the most difficult exams that we may face in life is having a stroke. My father had a stroke and then lost the ability to move completely, but with a lot of patience, determination and perseverance in exercises, he was finally able to walk on his feet. We thank Dr. Gokhan Kırdar for his efforts with my father and his keenness to exercise and get the maximum benefit possible, all the love, appreciation and success to him.

The rear of my leg was tight, making running impossible. Gokhan identified the problem and treated it. He is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He speaks good English so ideal for ex-pats. I was very pleased to find him and highly recommend him.

Gorkhan was very helpful and not just performed needed physiotherapy for my case but also showed basic moves that I still exercise to this day to reduce my problems. The place is good and has all needed facilities.
