She is presently the Head and Senior Principal Physiotherapist at Changi General Hospital and Singapore Sports Medicine Centre. In addition to the clinic setting, Elaine has covered many sporting events, including soccer, rugby, tennis, triathlon, gymnastics, and several disabled sports. More recently, Elaine was Lead Physiotherapist, in charge of planning and services at the 2009 Asian Youth Games (Singapore) and the inaugural Youth Olympic Games (Singapore) in 2010

After obtaining her Bachelor in Health Science (Physiotherapy) degree, she subsequently obtained her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Manipulative Therapy) from Curtin University of Technology (Australia) in 2010. From 2005 to 2007, Jindee was a member of the National Football Academy (NFA) and was the team physiotherapist for the U-15, U-16 and U-17 soccer team.
