Our team includes Rehab Specialist, Spine Surgeon, Neuro-Surgeon, nurses, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist. The team assesses problems that arise in mobility, self-care skills, swallowing, communication, nutrition, pain, and psychosocial and cognitive functioning. It devises a treatment plan which is consistent with realistic goals for the patient and family. Continuity of care is provided through the outpatient program, which also specializes in developing specific strategies to improve the function of patients who have persistent disabilities.
