In the treatment we use a variety of techniques such as : Kinesio Tape, Dry Needling, massage therapy, exercise and NDT/Bobath in addition to traditional physical therapy techniques.
Physio-Tnoa provides services in circumstances where movement and function are threatened by ageing, injury, disease or environmental factors. Functional movement is central to what it means to be healthy. The treatments can be at your own home or in one of our clinics spread around Israel.
I am very happy and content with the treatment I got. My therapist took the time to examine and evaluate what causes my pain and then did a number of different exercises and forms of massage to the affected area. She was very friendly, patient and professional. She also took the time to thoroughly describe another set of exercises to do at home and in general what yes and not to do to relieve the pain.

I had a severe muscle pain under my left shoulderblade. It was't getting better, despite the stretching exercises that I was doing and the ibuprofen tablets being taken. I therefore went online to see whether I could find a well reviewed physiotherapist in the area of Netanya. Noa was clearly well thought of by previous patients who wrote warmly about the treatment that they had received. They were right. The treatment that I received was given professionally, with full commitment, and with knowledgable explanation.
