She also conducts individual fitness classes and relaxation techniques for holistic health of the patient. She is a certified mulligan technique manual therapist.

He has worked extensively in orthopaedics and private practise physiotherapy. He has a passionate interest in strength and conditioning training, injury management and prevention.
