I highly recommend

5 50 Dry Needling

I've had hip and back problems from L3 to L5 disc issues the last few years. Dry needling the affected areas has produced the best results.

Katie's technique has been the most effective and caused the least discomfort of more the a half dozen practioners I have tried. I highly recommend her physio and dry needling treatments.
