He has a post-graduate Certificate in Acupuncture, and uses this as an adjunct to manual therapy to achieve deeper pain relief and muscle relaxation. He has also trained in Advanced Manual Therapy of the lumbar spine, pelvis, thoracic spine and ribs. He is accredited in “Clinical Pilates”, utilising Pilates principles in injury and sports rehabilitation. John is also an experienced TMJ (jaw) physiotherapist.

He has special interests lie in the treatment of complex biomechanical dysfunction. He understands that the body consists of many different systems that are intricately connected. When all these systems function in harmony with each other we have a healthy body. Wellness exists.

She has developed an interest in manual therapy, with specific interest in spinal treatment and biomechanical analysis of functional movement, in all populations from sedentary workers to elite athletes. She also specialises in treating lower back and pelvic related dysfunctions in pregnant and post partum clients.
