Donna White is a Titled Sports Physiotherapist and NSW Institute of Sport accredited provider. She was selected as Physiotherapist to work with gymnastics at the Sydney Olympics and as the team Physiotherapist for sailing at the Athens Games in 2004. Donna was the Physiotherapy Coordinator to the Australian Olympic and Paralympic Sailing Team for the 2012 London Olympics, where the 2012 Olympic Sailing Team was the most successful Australian Team of the London Games. Donna has completed her postgraduate diploma in Sport Physiotherapy and has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly the spine and shoulder. She sits on the NSW Sports Physiotherapy Committee assisting in the organising and lecturing on post graduate courses for sports physiotherapists and the provision of Sports Physiotherapists to cover such events as the annual City to Surf. Donna regularly lectures in Sports Physiotherapy and has implemented a number of prevention programs to reduce the risk of injury in sports such as sailing, athletics and gymnastics. Her current research program utilises our real-time ultrasound to measure core muscle strength and its correlation in prevention of back pain in sailors.

Louise has over twenty years experience in treating musculo-skeletal and sports injuries. Louise has completed extensive continuing education in the area of women's pelvic floor problems. She established the specialised "W.I.S.H" Clinic (Women's Incontinence Self Help) in 2004 and has continued to incorporate current best practice into treatment. Louise also offers a post-natal check for pelvic alignment, abdominal separation and pelvic floor strength (optional), to prevent the development of future problems. Louise's knowledge of pelvic floor function complements her skills and interest in the treatment of lumbar spine and pelvis problems.

Certified Hand Physiotherapist Christine Reed has over 20 years experience as a physiotherapist treating predominantly musculoskeletal and upper limb injuries. She completed her Master’s Degree in Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) in 2005 and was awarded an International Certificate in Hand Therapy the same year. Her main interest is in the treatment of hand and upper limb injuries including tendon injuries, joint injuries and arthritis. She is skilled in the custom design of splints for the upper limb. She also has a keen interest in movement exercise to benefit health and fitness.
