Lack of flexibility and general "tightness" is the cause of most people's day-to-day aches and pains. Unlike traditional stretching that attempts to isolate and stretch specific muscles, Fascia Stretch Therapy creates lasting change by working with your body’s natural movements and decompressing your joints, a common site of pain. Once you've experienced a Fascial Stretch Therapy session, you'll forget everything you ever knew about "old-school" stretching!

Biography:

I have always had an interest in sport and health and I am fascinated by how the body works, this led me to travel to America to study Health science at the University of Utah. After returning to England I wanted to pursue a more hands on approach to helping people which led me to train at the British school of osteopathy, graduating with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. During my studies I developed an interest in improving flexibility to prevent pain and studied Fascial stretch therapy at the StretchToWin institute. I use a variety of techniques along with a detailed knowledge of human anatomy to restore health and balance to the body, and am constantly looking to expand my knowledge with the latest research. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, from helping people resolve their daily aches and pains to helping professional athletes accomplishing their goals and remaining pain and injury free.
