Back4health Pain and Injury Therapy Centre, A complete therapy centre for all injury and illnesses. We provide Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Therapy, Massage, Exercise Rehabilitation, Personal Training and Group Functional Fitness Classes. We have a manual therapy suite and a seperate exercise and performance gym covering 6500 sq ft in total.

Back4health primary practitioner, Roderic, served nine years in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor, four of which were spent working in the specialist role of Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor including a period at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre “Headley Court”. This afforded Roderic the opportunity to work with and develop the fitness and health regimes of defence personnel ranging from casual gym users to representative level sports men and women.
Roderic offers exercise rehabilitation alongside Osteopathy and has experience working with patients ranging from basic overuse/?muscle strains to amputees.
Registered and fully insured through the Balens, the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) to Level 4, Roderic is one of only a few personal trainers in the region to be able to achieve such high status setting him apart from his contemporaries
