They are amazing. Had an aggravated herniated disc in my lower lumbar due to an accident in my work. I booked an appointment with Kevin and happily book me as quick as he can. He was really surprised by the status of my mobility I can barely walk and in such pain but he has never given up with me and his explanation encouragement make me feel comfortable and less depressed. I see him every week to continue the therapy for almost 2 months now. I am so happy that I can walk and no such pain and teaching me how to rehabilitate my muscle on my legs. He is really the best and highly recommended👏

I am based at Fairhill Medical Practice, 81 Kingston Hill, KT2 7PX and offer appointments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This GP surgery is opposite Kingston Hospital and there is on-site car parking. My specialised area is golf-related injuries but I also have several years' experience treating musculoskeletal symptoms in the general population. Certain conditions such as low back pain and shoulder pain occur in golfers and non-golfers alike though the causal factors are usually different. Nonetheless, the treatment and advice given to both groups is often similar. For example, low back pain can be associated with poor abdominal control, or tummy muscle weakness, and exercises can be given to help address this potential causal factor. Along with the treatment of sports injuries, my other area of interest is the postural and ergonomic impact on symptoms: this is particularly relevant in sedentary workers who spend several hours a day sitting in front of a computer.

Consultation fee is £45 for initial consultation and for any follow-up treatments. The initial consultation usually lasts around 40 minutes and begins with a detailed case history of your symptoms and relevant medical history. This is followed by a physical assessment of your presenting problem, after which I will explain my findings and diagnosis and suggest my treatment plan. The first treatment usually follows straight after the discussion of my diagnosis and treatment plan. As a general rule, a typical case of mechanical low back pain usually requires around 4 treatments.
