Cranial and lower back pain Well pleased. I have lower back pain for years and after 6 visits with Sophie, the difference was amazing. I have managed to stop a few drugs and I feel so much better. Sophie was so kind and gentle. I will go again for an MOT in a month or so.

The practice offers deep tissue sports massage, which is a great way to relieve tension and build up within the muscles. Patients who regularly partake in sporting activities and present with no pain, just muscle tightness are ideal for this type of treatment.
