About Crossway Clinic
Crossway Clinic is a private medical practice in Didsbury, South Manchester. The clinic specialises in osteopathy for adults, cranial osteopathy for children and babies, as well as podiatry (chiropody), gait analysis, orthotics and insoles, acupuncture, reflexology and sports massage. Osteopathy Cranial Osteopathy (1 hour) First appointment. Follow-up £38 (30 mins)
Osteopath Consultation (1 hour) Intial treatment as a new patient will last up to one hour (£40). Follow up treatments will be £38 for half an hour. A detailed medical history will be taken before any treatment is commenced. If you are taking any medications, please have the names to hand on your first appointment. Loose clothing such as jogging bottoms or shorts are ideal during treatments. All our osteopaths are professionally qualified and will ensure your treatment is tailored to your specific needs. Joanna graduated from the London Foot Hospital, a part of University College London, and has a keen interest in musculo-skeletal injuries and biomechanics of the lower limb and foot. Joanna is currently completing a Masters degree in Podiatric Biomechanics in Manchester and working towards her final dissertation.
Mr José Fernandez Biography: BSc(Hons) Ost is a registered osteopath who graduated from the College of Osteopaths and Keele University. Jose has also undertaken further training in the field of cranial osteopathy, with the College of Osteopaths, the Upledger Institute and the Sutherland Cranial College.
Introduced to manual therapy through massage more than a decade ago, Jose keeps developing a broad approach to the treatment of injury through osteopathy: combining very ‘directive’ and ‘structural techniques’ such as massage, stretching and ‘joint manipulation’, with the very subtle and soothing cranial work.
