Mainly treating back and neck issues but Osteopathy can help with the symptoms of headaches / leg pains / knee pains and pregnancy related pains to mention a few.Your first treatment will include taking a full case history of your pain and a delve into your medical history in case it is relevant. Followed by an examination including any other diagnostic tests requiredand , then a treatment plan .  Treatment , advice and self-help all in the first session. We will try and explain to you what could be wrong and treat accordingly.Osteopathsrus provides ultrasound therapy treatment as part of the session and if needed  , great for the acute pains and strains such as twisting your ankle or a tennis/golfers elbow/plantar fasciitis /facet joint inflammation etc etc. If we feel you need to be referred on we can do that as well.
