About Spine

At the back into shape clinic we pride ourselves on offering top quality therapy with state of the art medical innovation. We have two UK qualified Osteopaths with 27 years experience between them, two physical therapists and a practitioner of Chinese medicine. Our lead therapist, Simeon Asher is an internationally acclaimed Osteopath, educator and author. 

At back into shape we have been pioneering IDD spinal decompression therapy, offering a natural solution for disc problems in the neck and lower back. We also have an onsite physiotherapy lead gym service to help with rehabilitation.

Mr Simeon Asher - at Spine

Mr Simeon Asher

Biography:
Simeon Asher Qualified as an Osteopath in 1992 from the British School of Osteopathy (UK). He went on to study complementary health at Exeter University and graduated in 1996. He was a clinical researcher at Addenbrookes hospital from 2000-2002. Named by the evening standard (UK) as one of the top 10 Osteopaths in London, Simeon is a visitng professor, lecturer and author. Simeon specilaizes in trigger point therapy and has written 'the concise book of trigger points' and invented his own advanced trigger point technique called NAT. Simeon is the current Chairman of the Israeli Register of Osteopaths.
