Our lead therapist, Simeon Asher is an internationally acclaimed Osteopath, educator and author.

At back into shape we have been pioneering IDD spinal decompression therapy, offering a natural solution for disc problems in the neck and lower back. We also have an onsite physiotherapy lead gym service to help with rehabilitation.
