My mother has been having treatment from Ruth. I find that the professionalism as well as the friendly yet good quality service that she receives from Indergaard I would happily recommend them. Ruth makes certain that she understand both what she is doing, why and what needs to do in between sessions. As an elderly person, it is important that things are explained and I have been very impressed with Ruth she treats Mary really well and is a very understanding physio. Thanks, Ruth.

I’ve been visiting the West Point practice for the past year or so for various injuries (knee, back & shoulder) and have always received great treatment. I was able to start running again after a number of years out and I’m quickly getting rid of discomfort from sitting at a desk for too long as well. Always get a quick diagnosis and the chats with David and Steph are always good fun too! I would also highly recommend the small Pilates classes which are done always keeping injuries in mind.

I went through a rough time and Mr Arshard's meditation sessions brought my whole internal well-being into perspective. 10/10 for meditation. Off course, the impact was not just on my state of mind but also on my physical state. I didn't realise that my muscles were so tense, but, these therapists do their job so well that after one massage session, my "glow" came back! These are miracle workers!
