After graduating from Durham University in 2004 Kate continued her studies and qualified as a Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist in 2006.
She holds a Level 4 Sports Massage Association (SMA) approved qualification and is a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) as well as being affiliated to the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Sports and Remedial Therapies Council (SRTC).
Kate is a qualified in Kineso taping Level K1 & K2 and to keep up to date participates in continued professional development training courses annually.
She has worked for sports teams including Durham City and Novocastrians Rugby Clubs, Durham University Hockey Club and in clinics across the north east. She has experience in treating a variety of patients from professional and amateur athletes to sedentary office workers.
