About JKH Massage

Massage has been around for hundreds of years. I specialise in Sports or Deep Tissue, Indian head and Mum to Be Massage.

My aim is to relieve people's every day aches and pains as well as  those caused by specific sporting activities and stress.

Massage during pregnancy can reduce the levels of stress hormones and reduce the pain and length of labour.
