Working out of my central Dereham practice in Norfolk, I see patients with a broad spectrum of complaints, both physical and emotional.  Patients are prescribed remedies containing highly diluted substances, usually in the form of tiny pilules which are pleasant and simple to take.  These substances trigger the body's natural healing response.

Homeopathy is a truly holistic form of medicine, supporting the patient on every level to enable a return to health and well-being.  During a consultation, the Homeopath takes a complete history and symptom picture including all physical, mental and emotional symptoms, prior to selecting the most suitable remedy.

Homeopathy is naturally gentle and safe for all age groups including children and babies and is particularly useful during and after pregnancy when treatment with conventional medicines may be limited.  It is very effective in chronic conditions, and has the added advantage of being non-toxic and non-addictive.  Homeopathic remedies can also safely be taken alongside 

conventional medication without any concerns over interaction.    

In 2000, the House of Lords' Select Committee on Science & Technology cited Homeopathy as one of the five Group One Therapies, having "an individual diagnostic approach" along with Osteopathy, Chiropractic,  Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture".  This is due to the classical homeopathic approach of selecting a remedy based on each unique individuals group of symptoms.
