(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.

I had surgery last year and waited 8 months to write something about it. So far, my hair is growing really well, and the front, especially, looks natural. Dr. Kaya knows what he is doing—very calm and reassuring. It was a big decision for me to go to Turkey; I did a lot of research and finally chose Dr. Kaya. The price was reasonable, and they provided excellent service during my stay. I highly recommend them.
