Kitzya Lopez is a dedicated specialist in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine, committed to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood. With a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for reproductive health, she combines advanced medical knowledge with compassionate patient care. 

She completed her Subspecialty in Human Reproductive Biology at the UMAE Hospital de Ginecologia y Obstetricia, Centro Medico Nacional de Occidente, endorsed by the University of Guadalajara. 

Prior to this, she completed her Specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same institution (2019-2023) and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine from the University of Guadalajara (2012-2017). 

Throughout her career, Dr. Lopez has been dedicated to staying at the forefront of reproductive medicine, continuously enhancing her expertise in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), fertility preservation, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. Her commitment to excellence ensures that each patient receives personalized, evidence-based fertility treatment tailored to their unique needs. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Lopez is known for her empathetic approach and ability to connect with patients during what can often be an emotionally challenging journey. 

As a valued member of LIV Fertility Center, Dr. Lopez works closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide cutting-edge fertility solutions while ensuring the highest standards of care. Her goal is to make every patient’s journey toward parenthood as smooth, supported, and successful as possible.

Dr. Fernando Mancilla is a skilled and compassionate specialist in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Human Reproductive Biology, dedicated to guiding patients through their fertility journey with precision, empathy, and evidence-based care. 

He is an active member of the Mexican Association of Reproductive Medicine, staying closely connected with the latest advancements, ethical practices, and innovations in the field of reproductive health.

Dr. Mancilla completed his Subspecialty in Human Reproductive Biology at the Autonomous University of Mexico, where he refined his skills in assisted reproductive technologies and fertility care. Previously, he earned his Specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same institution (2018–2022), building a strong foundation in comprehensive women’s health and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.

He also received specialized training in Colposcopy and Pathology of the Genital Tract from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, enhancing his expertise in the early detection and management of gynecologic conditions.

Dr. Mancilla began his medical journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara (2011–2015). Since then, he has continued to grow professionally and academically, providing compassionate, personalized care as a valued member of the LIV Fertility Center team.

Emb. Karla Ruiz is the lead embryologist and Operations manager at the LIV Fertility Center in Mexico. With extensive experience and proficient skills, Karla has earned a widely recognized reputation for excellence.

Using the latest technology, Emb. Ruiz focuses on testing both sperm and eggs to ensure healthy, viable embryos for implantation during in vitro fertilization. Her experience and expertise also allows her to improve implantation rate as well as review embryo quality before implantation. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Emb. Ruiz’senduring passion and commitment to LIV patients has influenced the future of reproductive medicine.

Emb. Ruiz received her Master’s Degree from the prestigious Barcelona University in Spain after completing Career Studies in Biology at Guadalajara University. Her ongoing training and previous directing positions for the top IVF clinics in Mexico have given her the capacity and strong leadership for the following areas: Andrology, Embryology, Inmmuno enzymatic Techniques, and Molecular Biology. 

Dr. Salazar is our Medical coordinator supervisor and also one of our Doctors here at LIV fertility center.

Dr. Salazar knows all IVF procedures perfectly and she is the link between the travel coordinators and the medical specialists. She is along your side step by step on this journey to parenthood, having a constant communication to answer all the questions you might have.
