After studying at the University of Rostock, followed by residency training in hospital Kaulsdorf Berlin, Dr. med. Zaghloul-Abu Dakah founded the Day Hospital and gynecological practice in the 1992nd In 2001, she opened the practice for infertility therapy Berlin Bright Center. Dr. med. Zaghloul-Abu Dakah specialized in outpatient surgery, prenatal diagnosis (DEGUM II) including genetic counseling, Psychosomatics and gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. She speaks German, Arabic and English.

The medical studies carried out at the University of Novosibirsk in Russia. During the subsequent specialist training in Novosibirsk and Hamburg, Dr. Hoffmann specialized in reproductive medicine and laboratory diagnostic center in Hamburg on the gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. It carries the additional designation for classical homeopathy, nutritional medicine and is trained in psychosomatic medicine and genetic counseling . Since 2003, she leads the group practice along with Dr. med. Zaghloul-Abu Dakah. Dr. Hoffmann speaks German and Russian.

The study of medicine was completed at the University of Leipzig. This was followed by several years of clinical work including specialist training in Potsdam, Berlin and Nauen. The focus is on the surgical gynecology, including prenatal diagnosis of genetic counseling and Psychosomatics. Since 2008 Dr. Matheus is also active in the focus of gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine.
