​I’m a patient of Dr. Ruhi, and honestly, my experience with him has been very positive. I’m still on my healing journey, but I’ve known him for over a year now, and his ethics, care, and quality of work have never let me down.

​A little over a year ago, my husband and I decided to trust Dr. Ruhi for a septorhinoplasty in Turkey, and looking back 13 months later, it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. What stood out to us right from the start, long before we even boarded a plane, was the incredible amount of time the doctor spent with us. We had several online consultations, some lasting nearly two hours, where he didn't just talk about aesthetics. He analysed our breathing, explained his techniques with rare transparency, and was very honest about what was achievable and what wasn't. We immediately felt like we weren't just "numbers," but patients he truly cared about.

​Once there, everything was perfectly organised. His assistants are incredibly responsive, and having a dedicated translator from day one took away all the stress of the language barrier. The day before surgery, our in-person consultation lasted another two hours: Dr. Ruhi refined the simulations until we were 100% happy with the vision. Nothing is left to chance, not even the physical preparation, as we were asked to follow a specific dietary protocol a month before to be in the best possible shape for surgery.

​The post-op care was daily and extremely thorough. We were provided with everything we needed (medication, skincare, accessories) along with very clear instructions. Today, the change is life-altering: both my husband and I can finally breathe perfectly, even when we’re sick. Visually, my husband’s result is superb, natural and very harmonious. As for me, my body is healing a bit slower and I still have some swelling, but this is where Dr. Ruhi’s integrity really shines: instead of ending the follow-up at the 12-month mark, he decided to extend my follow-up for another 6 months via video calls to ensure everything settles perfectly.

I’ve had such a good experience with Dr Ruhi and his team! I messaged multiple surgeons when researching rhinoplasty and Dr Ruhi was the only one who never put pressure on me for booking with him. I had a revision with Dr. Ruhi about 7 months ago. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Before the revision, my nose was uneven and had several issues: a deviated septum, a hanging columella, alar retraction, a scar, a drooping tip when smiling, a bulbous tip, and a round bulbous area on one side of my nose. Dr. Ruhi corrected all these issues perfectly and my nose now looks natural, balanced, and beautiful.

Where do I even begin in expressing my gratitude?

Let’s start at the beginning. Three years ago, I underwent a closed rhinoplasty with a different surgeon in Izmir. We’re often told it can take up to a year to see the final results, but when the cast first came off, I immediately noticed my nostrils were asymmetrical. Still, I gave it 12 months, but nothing improved.

My natural nose, before my first surgery, was symmetrical; my only concern had been the dorsal bump. Two years later, the mistakes from that first operation became even more apparent, and I began searching for a revision surgeon. After countless consultations, I finally found Dr. Ruhi, and let me tell you, there is nowhere near enough feedback online to showcase his true talent.

From our very first consultation, he made me feel like family. He spoke with empathy and care, combining professionalism with a warm, almost paternal reassurance that made me feel completely safe. Unlike many surgeons, Dr. Ruhi leads with education and integrity. He offered unlimited consultations (all free of charge!) to ensure I was fully informed and comfortable with every aspect of the procedure. When the time came, I met his wonderful team, Zainep, Mehmet, and Yassin, who supported me at every step and went above and beyond, ad infinitum! Together, they made the entire journey seamless.

One thing that really stood out was how meticulous Dr. Ruhi was in ensuring my nose would look exactly as I wanted, but also what was realistic! He involved me in every decision, never making an adjustment without my input and consent. Even before the surgery, he came to confirm the final plans with me once again, a level of care I had never experienced before.

After my first surgery years ago, I vowed never to recommend a surgeon to anyone, as you simply never know how things may turn out. But that was before I met Dr. Ruhi. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering rhinoplasty to speak with him. In a world where patients often get lost chasing aesthetic ideals without understanding the science behind surgery, Dr. Ruhi stands out as honest, transparent, realistic, and above all, deeply experienced.

I am now five months post-op, and I can say with 100% confidence that he has delivered exactly what he promised. Everything he said he could fix, he did. He didn’t overpromise, nor did he underdeliver; he gave me facts, and the results naturally followed. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him.

This entire journey has taught me an important lesson: don’t believe everything you see on Instagram.

I had a very complicated case where function over looks was the priority after boxing a many breaks and car accidents and jaw surgery that affected my sinus. The dr had a lot to fix. I essentially was mouth breathing as my nose was blocked and collapsed due to trauma and I had no cartilage left and two holes in my septum. For the first time for many years I can now sleep and breath. Ps I had an Infection caused by my jaw surgery and and spread to my nose the dr had me back immediately and performed after care and small procedure with a lot of skill and fixed the issue. The aftercare and treatment and care I experienced were second to none. I can’t thank the dr and team enough.

I’m 1 month post-op so far, but Dr Ruhi is one of the best doctors in Turkey. He is so attentive and listens to everything you want.
