Where do I even begin in expressing my gratitude?
Let’s start at the beginning. Three years ago, I underwent a closed rhinoplasty with a different surgeon in Izmir. We’re often told it can take up to a year to see the final results, but when the cast first came off, I immediately noticed my nostrils were asymmetrical. Still, I gave it 12 months, but nothing improved.
My natural nose, before my first surgery, was symmetrical; my only concern had been the dorsal bump. Two years later, the mistakes from that first operation became even more apparent, and I began searching for a revision surgeon. After my first surgery years ago, I vowed never to recommend a surgeon to anyone, as you simply never know how things may turn out. But that was before I met Dr. Ruhi. This entire journey has taught me an important lesson: don’t believe everything you see on Instagram.
