Can't recommend Mr El Gawad enough. I had zero confidence before my breast enlargement it's only been under 2 weeks since my op and I feel and look fantastic. Mr El Gawad is a perfectionist and amazing what he does. From my first consultation to today the hospital are constantly Intouch as is Mr El Gawad ensuring that everything is ok and I know they are only the other end of the phone. So glad I chose PallMall for my surgery and the way Mr El Gawad had done the implants they don't look false. I can't thank him and his staff enough.

I had a breast augmentation and can't recommend Mr El Gawad and his team enough. From day one my first consultation put me at ease I had a further 2 consultations every question I had was answered. I had constant contact with the clinic. The day of surgery I couldn't have been treated better the nurses and Mr El Gawad put me at ease. After the surgery I couldn't have been made more comfortable and had pain relief when I needed it. I am so happy that I chose to have my surgery with Mr El Gawad he has given me my confidence back which I could never thank him enough for. If I know anyone considering surgery then I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team.
