This general medical and primary healthcare group runs two NHS medical clinics in Derby. The clinics are located at Melbourne and Chellaston in Derby. A comprehensive range of NHS healthcare services are provided at both clinics. Home vists are arranged for patients who are home bound because of illness or disabilities. Repeat prescriptions are provided when patients send requests in writing. clinical intervention When you get your treatment it is good quality service. The problem I have in particular is getting an appointment in the first place. I work in a clinic myself so I know it is important to be flexible for patients. I am due a follow up appointment. I rang to book an appointment and was told if I ring up first thing I would be seen the same day. I had a missed call from the doctor at 4pm. I then finally got to speak to the doctor at 6.45pm and the surgery was closed. I have managed to book an appointment in a weeks time but it is annoying to be told same day and I deliberately finished work early.
