WHL Consultants is a weight loss clinic (open in Redmond Road - beside Marathon Fitness and Northgate Medical Centre, New Ross) that works with clients on a one to one basis to help them achieve their weight, health and lifestyle goals. Following an initial consultation, all clients receive a comprehensive food and exercise programme based upon their metabolic rate, any nutritional deficiencies/health conditions and daily lifestyles. We use body composition analysis to track and monitor their progression. We also work with clients who have:

  - Diabetes (for control and weight loss),  - Joint/bone Problems (arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis),  - Food Allergies, and  - Thyroid Problems,as well as working with athletes designing nutrition and exercise programmes to complement their sport/activity of choice.In addition to our weight loss/training programmes we also run weekly Pilates classes out of our Wexford Studio every Monday and Thursday at 9.30am, 6pm, 7pm and 8.15pm. We also run weekly Circuit Training classes for Teenagers (Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm) and for beginner/intermediate adults (Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm) in St. Mary's Secondary School, New Ross.With over 15 years experience in the sport and exercise field we are passionate about helping people lose weight healthily while equipping them with the tools to adopt new healthy lifestyle approaches. Thus, ensuring long term weight loss enabling clients to live healthy and happy lives.WHL Consultants has been operating out of Northgate Medical Centre in New Ross since January 2016 and due to our success there we have opened up or second office in Redmond Road, Wexford Town. We work closely with GP's to ensure that our clients receive weight loss programmes that are tailored to their individual needs (taking into account any medical conditions they may have). Each programme is specifically designed to fit in around clients current work/life commitments meeting individual goals without the need for expensive gym membership.
