As an Octogenarian sportsman with many years of road running, all racquet sports, golf and multiple changing rooms and gyms, my feet & toes have suffered greatly - not a pretty sight !!Gemma was unfazed and was very direct with her comments, I will take heed and have more frequent treatments.
